Pre-Orders could take upwards of 6+ Months to produce. Good work takes time and rushing a manufacturer will lead to huge mistakes and ghosting.

Once you've paid for a pre-order you will not be able to receive a refund as the funds are with the manufacturer.

Once you have chosen your variant you are locked in. You cannot exchange for another variant as the manufacturers are set their quantities.

If you find another person to transfer your order to, you may cancel it. Contact us to arrange the transfer.

The policy allows for reasonable leniency. If abused you will receive a full community callout with evidence and permanently banned.

Designs that start as pre-orders will be $5 cheaper than the in-hand drops if there are any left. Supporting the store early has it's benfits.
