We are not responsible for the package once it is in the hands of the courier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up and pay all necessary customs charges or resolve issues. If you are experiencing any difficulties with orders we will be happy to help where we can.
We will not combine shipping for products ordered separately.
Orders will be processed within 3-7 Days maximum and sent with full tracking information. Shipping costs are extra unless you meet the $35 minimum purchase.
Estimated delivery times on average are 6 - 10 business days for shipments within North America. All other international shipments can take up to 1 month or more depending on customs delays in your respective countries. Expect longer timelines during holidays and celebrations there is no guarantee for delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If damages have occurred during the shipping process you are required to provide a picture of the damaged packaging and the product as well as fill out a claim affidavit via email in order to receive one of the following resolutions: 1. Replacement if there is stock available 2. A full refund of the total purchase amount including shipping.
If a package is considered lost or has not arrived at the destination based on the estimated timeline. Please contact us to coordinate discussions with the carrier to help locate the package. We will wait approximately 2 - 4 weeks after it's maximum estimated date of arrival. If the package is not found and has been declared by the carrier as lost then we request that you fill out a claim affidavit via email and you will receive one of the following solutions: 1. Replacement if there is stock available 2. A full refund of the total purchase amount including shipping.
